The workplace manslaughter bill has now been passed, from July employers can now be charged with workplace manslaughter and jailed.

Not only is it an employer’s responsibility to keep workers safe, but to ensure that Workplace Health and Safety Policy and Procedures are well documented and kept up to date. Employees must be made aware of their responsibilities when it comes to WHS Policy and Procedure.
