Rosa Raco has been working in Human Resources, Employee Relations and Employment Law for over 25 years.
Practising as a lawyer in Canberra, Sydney and most recently as Special Counsel for a national firm in Melbourne, she has advised clients across a diversity of industries – from mining, manufacturing and banking, to government departments, universities, schools, not-for-profits and small businesses.
Having been on the receiving end of legal advice, she understands what you need when you come to her for advice – advice that is practical, easy to understand and usable.
Now returning to her hometown of Bendigo to raise her young family, Rosa is well placed to support you with all your employment law needs and share her extensive expertise with you.
Ann is an experienced human resources professional who has worked across a wide range of industries. Most recently she was employed in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector for seven years covering a broad portfolio of human resources (including ER/IR), payroll, OH&S, contract management, injury management and training.
Prior to this Ann has worked in water, education and media industries, together with consultancy experience over 25+ years. Ann’s commitment to fairness, equity and increasing employee morale are key drivers which are achieved through relationship building and ethical review/analysis of matters. Ann’s qualifications include a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Ann is passionate about helping organisations make the most of their resources and talent and helping individuals make the most of their career. Ann is committed to ensuring quality, ethical and timely human resource management outcomes. Areas of expertise include:

Pauline is an accomplished professional with over 20 years’ experience in employee and industrial relations having worked in senior positions for both unions and employers. Pauline brings to WR Law a wide range of skills and experience, including:

Chris brings extensive legal practice experience to the firm. There is not much she has not seen in the legal space and it was fabulous to be able to grab her before anyone else did. Christine has worked in the legal industry as an executive assistant for over three decades. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge about various areas of law and the Bendigo locality in general. In her spare time Christine loves to spend time with her family and friends and is an avid patchwork enthusiast.
